🎨 Why We Love Messy Play – and Why You Should Try It at Home! 💛 Celebrating the joy, learning, and magic of sensory play! Messy play is one of our absolute favourite parts of the nursery day—and yes, it can get a little messy (okay, sometimes very messy!), but it’s also bursting with learning, laughter, and creativity 🌈 Many parents wonder why we encourage messy activities like squishing playdough, pouring water, or running fingers through gooey gloop. The truth is: messy play is packed with benefits—and it’s something you can easily enjoy at home, too!

🧠 From Curiosity to Confidence: Encouraging Independent Thinking 🧠 How our approach nurtures resilience, creativity, and problem-solving in young children Have you ever watched a child try to stack blocks just a bit higher… or keep turning a puzzle piece until it fits? That spark you’re seeing is more than play—it’s independent thinking in action 💡 At our nursery, we believe that every child is a capable, curious learner. Our role is not to give them all the answers, but to create the right environment where they can explore, experiment, and discover things for themselves 🧩🌱

🌼 Understanding Separation Anxiety: It’s Normal! 🌼 Tearful drop-offs? Clingy cuddles? You're not alone. Here's why it happens – and how to support your child (and yourself) through it. 💛 What Is Separation Anxiety? Separation anxiety is a completely natural part of child development. It usually appears between 6 months and 3 years and can come and go in waves. It happens when a child becomes distressed or anxious about being away from their primary caregiver — usually Mum, Dad, or a close family member.
We are confident you will appreciate our nursery, its setting and facilities. Should you wish to visit, we are available at any time to meet with you. Any comments or input from parents are always welcome.
We are open 7.30am - 6.30pm
