Remembrance Sunday

Remembrance Sunday
This Remembrance Day, we have been learning about the importance of remembering and saying thank you to all those who have served, sacrificed and continue to serve to protect our country and our freedom. ❤️
The children have been getting creative making beautiful poppies and working together to create our own special poppy display. 🌺
We talked about the meaning of the red poppy, which is worn as a symbol of remembrance, honouring the courage and sacrifice of the armed forces and remembering those who lost their lives in conflicts.
Through simple, age-appropriate conversations and creative activities, we help our little ones begin to understand the importance of kindness, peace, courage and remembering others.
We are so proud of our little learners and their beautiful display. ❤️
We will remember them.
